RENOVATIONS

When it comes to doing renovations on your home, or if you have just purchased a fixer-upper, it is important to talk with a professional realtor or interior designer who can give you suggestions on what would bring you the highest return on your investment. Real estate agents are out there everyday seeing what causes homes to sell, and what doesn’t. Interior designers are able to educate you on design trends that will help you get your home top dollar.

STAGING

If you are planning on selling your home, you want to make sure it shines in the best light possible. I help my clients in providing suggestions with the furniture they have, whether it be moving things around or getting rid of pieces that do not serve the home. Vacant homes will require proper staging by a professional staging company. I can make the best recommendations for you and your needs!

INTERIOR DESIGN

When it comes to purchasing a home, interior design plays a big role in how you will enjoy your home as you will want to make sure it’s functional and comfortable for you. My goal is to help you get function, comfort and style all in one. When selling your home, there will be items in your home that might need some sprucing up, whether it be changing the drapery, hardware, light fixtures. I will make sure to help you make your house a home!
